Full day Beginners Yoga Course | Saturday 28 September 9:00am-3:00pm

This one day yoga course is ideal for beginners, anyone wanting to strengthen their yoga practice, or people who are getting back into a regular practice and need a refresher on key breathing techniques and poses.

You will learn how to:

  • Breathe effectively

  • Switch on your ‘Bandhas’

  • Find ‘Tadasana’ in every pose (awesome alignment)

  • Master key poses and transitions and link this together in a sequence

  • Form a regular practice

At the end of the course will will be give a yoga sequence you can take home and practice , with poses you have learnt to master in the course.

$80 for Indigo Soul members and $90 for non members.
