Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time. Yin yoga is designed to rid the body of tension and stress. All levels welcome.
Hatha is taught at a relaxed pace, giving time and space in each asana to deliberately tone, elongate, and create awareness throughout your body. Hatha Yoga restores balance to the body and mind. All levels welcome.

Vinyasa is dynamic style of yoga coordinating movement with breath, creating a flow like rhythm to the yoga class. Vinyasa focuses on building strength and flexibility in the mind and body. All levels welcome.
Classes are diverse and apply the varied techniques from kundalini yoga including posture, breathwork, meditation, mantra and relaxation.
Restorative yoga is simply that - restorative. It is the centering of your breath and body - aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness for extended periods of time completely supported by props.
The Free Flow
This class will be an hour dedicated to creating a sacred ritual space for us to drop into our bodies, stir some movement within, and shake all of the stagnant energy we have built up over the week through ecstatic dance. This class will be a fun and inviting space that is all-inclusive for the community to come together, express themselves creatively, and leave feeling more connected and in tune with their mind, body, and soul.
There is no level of skill required to participate, just a willingness to relax and let your soul guide you to the beat. This will be a positive, encouraging, and non-threatening environment for everyone to enjoy - a small block of time to truly honour ourselves for all of the hard work we put out into the World. Feel free to also bring your journal for any reflections.
Boot camp is a mixture of HITT (High Intensity Interval Training) with Tabata (8 x 20second intervals with 10 second rest between each interval) designed to kick start your metabolism, build strength and increase your cardio fitness.
Pilates is a physical fitness system developed by Joseph Pilates. Through controlled movements and activating core muscles, Pilates improves flexibility and builds strength in the body.
Vedic meditation is an effortless, science based, mental practice helping neutralise the effects of stress so we can be the person we want to be. Information nights and weekend training are held monthly.
