Unwind after a busy week with Restorative yoga. Gentle poses to calm the body, while infusing each pose with focused breath work to soothe the mind. Followed by a rejuvenating Sound Bath Experience.

Tania is an experienced yogi with over 10 plus of experience using her Singing Bowls to lead a guided meditation through the chakras. 

The magic of the bowls lies in the ability of the bowls' vibrations to occupy the mind with feelings unique to each listener, thus helping each participant to stay centred and in the moment. Being present helps in the reduction of STRESS.
