At Yeronga Chiropractic & Wellness Centre, our vision is simple: to provide the highest quality of healthcare through a professional and caring service. From infants in need of chiropractic adjustments to more mature generations struggling with chronic back pain, our professionals will deliver service with the utmost care and work to achieve the best outcome for you as the patient.

  • Yeronga Chiropractic and Wellness is owned and managed by Aidan McGuigan, B.App.Sc (Clinical), B.Chiro.Sc, Diplomate of Chiropractic Paediatrics. Aidan enjoys working alongside a variety of healthcare professionals to support patient care and treatments. He co-manages with Physiotherapists, Podiatrists, GP’s, Massage Therapists, Acupuncturists, Personal Trainers, Exercise Physiologists, Dentists, Midwives and Medical Specialists.

    Aidan works with individuals from all walks of life and understands the importance of adapting his techniques to suit individual patient requirements. He utilises the manual techniques of Diversified, Gonstead and the Drop-piece table, and the lower force techniques of Sacro-Occipital Technique and Activator. Adopting a multimodal approach to treating patients, Aidan also incorporates muscle therapy and stretch, strengthening rehabilitation exercises as part of his management plan.

    Yeronga Chiropractic covers treatments that are partly or fully covered by private Health Funds, Work Cover, DVA and CDM (GP referral) and NDIS patients.

    Registered Chiropractor (AHPRA), Member of CAA (Chiropractor’s Association of Australia) and ACCP (Australian College of Chiropractic Paediatrics.

Seaworthy Psychology

Emma Hutton Tham is a Generally Registered Psychologist with experience working in private practice, inpatient and outpatient mental health, and crisis responding. She is also experienced in the facilitation of Insight Meditation Retreats for adolescents, as well as the delivery of Triple P Positive Parenting skills in both group and individual settings.

  • In addition to her therapeutic work, Emma has worked as a sessional academic teaching Undergraduate Psychology, and has previously worked in research for the Greater Good Science Centre (UC Berkeley) and the Wellbeing Institute for Neuroscience and Contemplative Wisdom (California). The focus of her research was on the intra-individual factors associated with the development of emotional intelligence and resilience.

    Emma completed her Bachelor of Psychological Science (Hons) and Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Queensland. She is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia and is recognised as a provider of Psychological Services under Medicare. Emma is also a full member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).

Flux Wellness | Acupuncture | Chinese Medicine

Erin Horne is a registered Acupuncturist (BHSc) offering acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine and yoga services in northwest and south Brisbane. ​Her patient-centred approach helps empower individuals to take an active role in their health. Through acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine and movement therapies, she promotes optimal well-being of body and mind.

  • Acupuncture is an evidence-based practice that has been shown to help with many conditions including: Allergies, Anxiety/Depression, Asthma, Digestive issues, Fatigue, Headaches, Insomnia, Musculoskeletal conditions, Pain, Smoking cessation, Stroke rehabilitation, Weight loss and Women’s Health.

    Erin is gentle in her approach, and has a special interest in stress management, helping to calm the nervous system, and inducing relaxation to assist the body’s healing capabilities. She has a background in teaching yoga and meditation and brings elements of these practices into her treatments. Treatments focus on the individual with one-on-one personal attention and are specifically tailored to each person’s individual needs.

    Acupuncture sessions will be available Monday and Wednesday mornings and Thursday afternoons and evenings.

Nourished Network | Nutritionist | Metabolic Balance Practitioner

Rose Flannery is a qualified nutritionist on a mission to help you shine, thrive and feel energised through dietary and lifestyle changes that are practical, holistic and sustainable. She has a special interest in providing nutritional support and holistic management for people experiencing anxiety and depression; chronic stress; fatigue and exhaustion; sleep issues; hormonal imbalance and digestive disorders.

  • Rose is also a certified Metabolic Balance Coach qualified to deliver the Metabolic Balance Program.

    Rose adopts a balanced approach to support her client’s to reach optimal health through therapeutic nutrition with food as medicine, dietary education, lifestyle modifications, preventative health-care and evidence-based research.

    Rose is friendly, down-to-earth and dedicated to empowering her clients to take control of their health to restore balance, boost mood and increase energy and vitality. Rose would love to work with you to help you achieve your personal health and wellness goals.

Recovery Evolution

Corban Harvey is a qualified Remedial Therapist offering an in-depth understanding of the human body. She has a Bachelor of Science majoring in Human Anatomy and a Diploma in Remedial Massage. While working as a remedial massage therapist, she continues her studies in Sports Training and Strength and Conditioning.

Shell Naturopathy | Naturopath

Rochelle is a degree qualified Naturopath with a special interest in helping you to improve your gut and digestive health (bloating, irregularity, heartburn, etc), mental health (stress, sleep, anxiety, depression), skin conditions (acne, eczema, psoriasis), and hormonal health (PMS, irregular cycles, heavy bleeds).

  • Shell is a ‘trained investigator’ of the human body - through questioning, symptom analysis, questionnaires, pathology and functional testing, she helps find the root cause/s of symptoms. To address them, she offers naturopathic practices, herbal and nutritional prescriptions, lifestyle & dietary advice, and tailors your treatment plan to your individual needs to get results!

Kendall | Kinesiology | Clinical Hypnosis

Kendall is a qualified Kinesiologist and Clinical Hypnotist bringing a unique approach to mind-body medicine by combining aspects of biofeedback and energy medicine with a positive coaching approach to support mental and behavioural change.

  • Her passion is to assist clients to integrate imbalances in their mind-body communication. This could be experienced as anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue, gut issues, sleep disturbances, mood instability, cycling agitation and exhaustion, unprocessed grieg, attachment injuries, general dissatisfaction and knowledge something is not quite right. If you are facing any of these challenges you may benefit from a session with Kendall.

Tasha Praba | Somatic Psychotherapy

Tasha (Bachelors Psychology and Masters of Counselling) provides a compassionate and empathetic space for you to feel heard, seen and held. She holds a safe space for you to dive deeper within your journey of building on the mind body awareness to facilitate somatic healing and development. She uses the modalities of an integrative approach and trauma informed framework in working with clients.

  • As a Somatic Psychotherapist, Tasha holds space for you to create a deeper connection with your body as a start point to your healing journey. Empowering you to develop a safe relationship and a sense of awareness within your body. Feeling safe within your body can allow you the space to unpack and explore thoughts, behaviours, feelings, experiences and emotions. Further understanding how our experiences are stored within the body and utilising the safe therapeutic relationship to heal and rewrite the narrative of your story. A session may include supporting you through different modalities such as psychotherapy, restorative yoga, body based approaches, aromatherapy and mindfulness breathwork or meditations. Tasha supports individuals facing experiences of anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, complicated grief, chronic pain, self-esteem, relationships, emotional regulation and sexuality.
