BRISBANE PRACTITIONER ROOM HIRE

Practitioner Room Hire — Terms and Conditions

By signing your Practitioner Room Hire Onboarding Form you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

1. Hire Options and Rates

We offer the following room hire arrangements:

  • Permanent Half Day — $77 + GST per week, minimum 6 month term

  • Permanent Full Day — $110 + GST per week, minimum 6 month term

  • Casual Hire — $55 + GST per hour, minimum 2 hours, maximum 5 hours per session, paid at time of booking

Your confirmed room, days, times, and start date are agreed in writing via email and form part of this agreement.

Rates may be reviewed at any time with a minimum of 4 weeks written notice to permanent hire practitioners.

2. Bond

A bond equivalent to two weeks hire is required before your first session and is charged together with your first twos week's hire as a single debit.

The bond is held for the duration of your agreement and returned within 14 days of your final session provided:

Indigo Soul Wellness may deduct from the bond any costs for damage, cleaning, unreturned keys, or outstanding fees. The bond cannot be used as payment toward hire fees.3. Billing and Payment

Permanent hire is billed weekly via automatic debit from the card saved on your Momence profile.

  • Your weekly hire fee is debited every 7 days from your confirmed start date

  • You must maintain a valid card on file at all times

  • If a payment fails Momence will automatically retry

  • Suspended access due to non-payment does not reduce your weekly hire obligation — fees continue to accrue

  • Hire fees are non-refundable

  • Accounts unpaid for more than 2 weeks may be referred to a collections agency

Casual hire must be paid in full at the time of booking. Minimum charge of 2 hours applies regardless of duration used.

4. Minimum Term and Termination

Permanent hire agreements have a minimum term of 6 months from your confirmed start date. You may not cancel or exit the agreement during this period. Hire fees are payable for the full minimum term regardless of whether you use the room.

After the minimum term your agreement rolls monthly (until a new agreement is confirmed) and may be terminated by you with a minimum of 4 weeks written notice to info@indigosoulwellness.com.

Indigo Soul Wellness may terminate your agreement at any time by providing written notice. If terminated by us outside of a serious breach, fees cease from the date of termination and your bond is returned subject to standard conditions.

We may terminate immediately and without notice for:

  • Conduct causing harm or threat to any person on the premises

  • Non-payment for 2 or more consecutive weeks

  • Loss of professional registration or insurance not rectified within 7 days

  • Use of the room for unlawful purposes

  • Serious breach of our Safety and Security Policy

  • Conduct harmful to the reputation or community of Indigo Soul Wellness

5. Cancellation — Casual Hire

Cancellations must be made via email to info@indigosoulwellness.com at least 24 hours before your session. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the full session fee. We do not accept cancellations via phone, text, or social media. Casual room hire is non-refundable or transferrable. However if more than 24 hours of notice is give, the money will be used as a credit towards a future casual room hire booking fee.

6. Use of the Room

Your room may only be used for the professional practice confirmed in your onboarding form. You must not:

  • Allow others to use your room without prior written approval

  • Sublet or assign your hire agreement

  • Make alterations to the room or fittings

  • Enter any other practitioner's room or remove items from any room other than your own

You are responsible for your clients at all times while on the premises.

7. Professional Standards and Insurance

You must at all times:

  • Hold current professional registration or certification for your modality

  • Operate within your scope of practice

  • Hold current public liability insurance with a minimum of $10 million cover

  • Provide a Certificate of Currency before your first session and upon each renewal

  • Notify us immediately if your registration or insurance lapses or changes

Failure to maintain insurance or registration results in immediate suspension of access. Fees continue during suspension.

8. Safety and Security

You must comply with the Indigo Soul Wellness Safety and Security Policy at all times. Key obligations include:

  • Two people must lock up together each evening using the buddy system unless otherwise arranged in advance with the Studio Director

  • Doors must be closed when reception is unmanned and locked after 6pm each evening

  • Floodlights must be turned on from 5pm each evening and turned off each morning

  • The lock-box code must not be shared with anyone who does not work at Indigo Soul Wellness under any circumstances — sharing the code is a serious breach of this agreement and may result in immediate termination

  • No keys are to be cut without prior written approval from the Studio Director

  • You are personally responsible for ensuring the premises is fully secured when you are the last to leave — this includes checking all windows and doors are locked, the gate over the driveway is locked, all lights are off (leave salt lamps on), blinds are closed, and all keys are returned to the lock-box with the lock-box properly closed and scrambled

  • If you are unsure whether the premises has been secured or you become aware of a security breach you must notify the Studio Director immediately

  • All incidents must be reported in writing to the Admin team within 24 hours

  • Call 000 immediately in any situation involving risk to the safety of any person on the premises

9. Shared Spaces

Leave all shared spaces clean and tidy after each use. Dispose of all waste including clinical waste appropriately. Do not place food rubbish in the bins on the deck — please bag all food waste and place it in the main bins at the front of the studio. Do not leave food or personal items in shared spaces beyond your hired session.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law Indigo Soul Wellness accepts no liability for loss, theft, damage, or injury arising from your use of the Studio or your professional practice. You indemnify Indigo Soul Wellness against any claim arising from your use of the space or the acts of your clients while on the premises.

Nothing in these terms excludes any right or guarantee imposed by the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

12. Acceptance

By signing your Practitioner Room Hire Agreement you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
