Gentle, supportive movement designed for over 55s. Join our small-group 6-week Seniors Yoga or Reformer Pilates programs in Yeronga, Brisbane. Build strength, improve mobility, connect with community, and enjoy a complimentary infrared sauna session.

About the Programs

At Indigo Soul Wellness, we know that movement in your 50s, 60s and beyond is about more than just exercise — it’s about staying mobile, confident, and connected. That’s why we’ve designed two supportive programs, exclusively for seniors.

Seniors Yoga Program

  • Starts: Tuesday 14 October, 9:30 AM - 10:30AM

  • Duration: 6 weeks (one session each week)

  • Teacher: Rosie – highly experienced yoga teacher who specialises in gentle, safe, and accessible yoga for all levels.

  • Inclusions:

    • 6x small-group yoga classes

    • 1x infrared sauna session

    • Tea & community connection after class

  • Investment: $160

  • Capacity: 15 spots only

Seniors Reformer Pilates Program

  • Starts: Wednesday 15 October, 10:30 AM

  • Duration: 6 weeks (one session each week)

  • Teacher: Carly – an expert reformer pilates instructor with extensive experience in helping seniors build strength, improve posture, and move with ease.

  • Inclusions:

    • 6x small-group reformer pilates classes

    • 1x infrared sauna session

    • Tea & community connection after class

  • Investment: $230

  • Capacity: 10 spots only

No prior yoga or pilates experience needed - just come as you are.

  • Programs begin 14 & 15 October at our Yeronga studio.

FAQs

Do I need any experience?
Not at all! These programs are designed for complete beginners as well as those who’ve done yoga or pilates before.

What if I have an injury or condition?
Our teachers are experienced in working with seniors and will give modifications to suit your body. Always check with your doctor if unsure.

What should I bring?
Comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and yourself. We provide mats and all equipment.

How do I use the sauna session?
You’ll receive a pass to book your infrared sauna session anytime within the 6 weeks of the program.

Can I join both programs?
Yes! If you’d like to do both Yoga and Pilates, you can book into both —-spots are limited so book early.
