Timetable & Booking

Mums and Bubs Reformer Pilates runs every Tuesday at 10:30am for 45mins at Indigo Soul Wellness in Yeronga.

Classes fill quickly, so we recommend booking in advance. You can use any pass include our Intro Pass to book in for your class.

Do I need to have done Pilates before?
Not at all! Our classes are beginner-friendly and guided with care for your postnatal recovery.

Can I feed or change my baby during class?
Absolutely. We welcome feeding, cuddles, and whatever your little one needs.

When can I start?
As soon as you’ve been given clearance to exercisem usually from 6 weeks postpartum. Please check with your GP first.

What should I bring?
Just your usual baby bag, grip socks, and anything to keep bub comfy (like a blanket, playmat, bouncer or carrier).
